The characteristics of heating system:
1. Double-layer oil drum, 100% full oil: Surface heat treatment, non-Teflon coating.
2. The cylinder is heated by heating elements and hydrotreated mineral oil, with an extra oil tank to hold thermally expanding heating oil.
3. Blanket coverage at 70%.
4. Overheated alarm on temperature controller(+10℃).
5. Solid state relay for heating control.
6. Carbon brush slip ring: ease of maintenance.
7. Precise temperature control.
